e4e5.in is a registration and payment platform for chess tournament organizers in India. Organizers create a tournament and share one link; players (or their parents/coaches) use that link to register and pay online. Our responsibility ends at handing the organizer a verified player list — we do not run pairings, rounds, results, or prize calculation, and we are not the organizer of any tournament listed on this platform.
Organizers sign up with a phone number and must complete payout verification (KYC) before a tournament can be published for registration. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their tournament listing, eligibility rules, and conduct of the event itself.
Players (or a parent, guardian, or coach registering on their behalf) do not need an account. By submitting a registration you confirm the details entered are accurate and that you have the authority to register the named player, including consent for a minor where applicable.
Entry fees are set by the organizer, not by e4e5.in. The amount shown at checkout — including any platform fee — is the full amount charged; there are no hidden charges added after payment. Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner and settle directly to the organizer's linked bank account, minus the platform fee.
See our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Unless an organizer states otherwise on their tournament page, entries are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
e4e5.in does not organize, officiate, or guarantee the conduct of any tournament. Disputes about pairings, results, venue conduct, or prize distribution are between the player and the organizer; we are not a party to them.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of e4e5.in after a change means you accept the updated terms.
